The Hotel Maison de Ville and Audubon Cottages offer guests the
chance to enjoy the New Orleans’ French Quarter the way
it was meant to be experienced. Guests are treated to true
Southern
hospitality with that special New Orleans flair. We can provide
you with breakfast in bed or in our courtyard so you can relax
while being in the heart of the city.
We're close to all the New Orleans attractions, so whether you
want to try a drink made with Herbsaint at the
Old Absinthe Bar, say a prayer at the St. Louis Cathedral or
listen to true NOLA music at Preservation Hall, Hotel Maison
de Ville is the place to be.
Come see us, and experience the
real New Orleans.
The Main Building
The main building of the Hotel Maison de Ville, located at 727
Rue Toulouse, in the heart of the French Quarter contains the
reception room, parlor, concierge, and nine guest quarters. Across
the traditional New Orleans courtyard, featuring a cast iron fountain
and bricks original to the location, are luxurious guest rooms.
These historic former slave quarters are believed to have been constructed
more than fifty years earlier than the main building and are possibly
the oldest buildings in New Orleans. Learn
more about the main building guest rooms.
Carriage House Suite
The old carriage house, adjacent to the courtyard, is now a charming
two story suite. The carriage house provides the experience of a
vacation rental with all of the benefits and amenities of a boutique
hotel. Learn more about
our historic carriage house suite.
The Audubon Cottages
Nearby on Dauphine Street, the Audubon Cottages offer guests a
charming urban retreat in a secluded location. The seven cottages,
just around the corner from the main building, are a private, luxurious,
urban oasis in the heart of the New Orleans’ French Quarter.
The pool at the Audubon Cottages is said to be the oldest in the
French Quarter, and is the perfect place to relax on a summer day.
The Audubon Cottages, much like the carriage house, provide the
charm and privacy of a vacation rental with all of the benefits
and amenities of a boutique hotel. Learn
more about the Audubon Cottages.
